September 2006 National Geographic Traveler: The New Oregon Trail
The September 2006 issue of National Geographic Traveler mentioned Valley Bronze in a feature on "The New Oregon Trail," and included a picture of three foundry workers in the article (below).

"The town of Joseph has long drawn visitors, thanks to its scenic mountain setting; a growing arts and crafts scene has only added to the town's appeal. This burg of 1,054 residents supports eight art galleries and two bronze foundaries--one of which, Valley Bronze, won the commission to cast the bronze ornamentation for the National World War II Memorial, in Washington, D.C."
